We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks via Stripe.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Our items are produced in limited runs. Once a drop is sold out, we do not guarantee restocks.

3. ALL SALES FINAL

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please carefully review the sizing charts and product descriptions provided on each product page before completing your purchase. By submitting an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

4. SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $8 applies. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, lost packages, or packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Prodigy Streetwear or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

6. GOVERNING LAW
