Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached. We inspect every return — items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will be sent back to you at your expense.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
How It Works
Initiate Your Return
Email support@vaultdrops.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and your reason. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return authorization.
Pack & Ship
Place items in the original packaging (or equivalent). Include all tags and the return authorization slip. Ship to the address provided in your authorization email.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer free exchangeson all full-price items for US customers. Follow the same return process and indicate the size you need — we’ll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return.
Exchanges are subject to availability. Because our drops are limited, we can’t guarantee your preferred size will still be in stock. If it’s unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund instead.
