Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes can only be made before your order has been shipped. Contact us at support@vaultdrops.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it.
Do you offer express shipping?
We don't currently offer express shipping. All orders ship via standard carriers. We're exploring expedited options for future drops.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States via USPS. International P.O. box delivery is not available.
